the element i most greatly relate to is fire. i haven't had the opportunity to do much with that this month though. in fact i haven't really set out to do any self portrait taking this month. sort of sitting back. collecting myself so to speak.
this is a photo from the beginning of the month. when we flew the pink kite. the wind was perfect that day. i turned the camera in and this is what i got (along with a few other shots). i like the light in this photo. it's air, but the light is what grabs me.

We have had kites for a year, but yet to play. Someday soon though.
My thoughts are with you about your husband's grandmother that passed. We have a rocker from my husbands grandmother... I loved the mental images you shared.
